FAQ

How do units work?

Units are calculated based on the volume of data you ingest. Logs are billed per GB ingested, metrics are billed per million samples, and traces are billed per million spans. Your usage is tracked daily and billed monthly.

Are there different pricing tiers?

We offer a simple, pay-as-you-go pricing model with no tiers or hidden fees. You only pay for what you use. All features, including 90-day retention and 24/7 support, are included at no extra cost.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! We offer a free tier that includes 1 GB per day with 3-day retention. You can start using Qorrelate immediately without a credit card. Upgrade anytime to access longer retention and higher limits.

How much extra will I pay in S3 costs?

All storage costs are included in our pricing. We handle S3 storage and retrieval for you, so there are no additional infrastructure costs. Your data is stored securely in your own S3 bucket, and you only pay our transparent per-GB or per-million-unit rates.

What are the data retention options?

All paid plans include 90-day retention by default. Free tier includes 3-day retention. For enterprise customers, we can customize retention periods based on your needs. Data older than the retention period is automatically archived or deleted based on your configuration.

What happens to my data when the retention period is over?

After the retention period expires, data is automatically moved to cold storage (S3) where it remains accessible but may incur retrieval costs. You can configure automatic deletion if preferred, or contact us for custom retention policies. We'll notify you before any data deletion occurs.
